Order Processing

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Then we will process the order by confirming that the product is in stock and ready for shipment. If any of the items in your order are back-ordered, we will reach to you via email or phone and you may choose to either wait or receive a 100% refund.

The Cala is made from natural aspen wood. With its smooth texture and beautiful light tone, its for sure to be a crowd pleaser. Aspen is able to withstand the heat and doesn't splinter for more long lasting durability.
