Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Then we will process the order by confirming that the product is in stock and ready for shipment. If any of the items in your order are back-ordered, we will reach to you via email or phone and you may choose to either wait or receive a 100% refund.

Description

Skip professional installation with the MRCOOL® Easy Pro® 12k BTU Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pump System. This system can heat or cool a room of up to 500 square feet and features an 18 SEER efficiency rating. It’s easily installed without any special tools, training, or professional assistance thanks to the Fast Connection® fittings on the 16 foot pre-charged line set. There are a plethora of features to enjoy such as the Follow Me® feature that keeps you comfortable no matter where you are in the room, and convenient operational modes such as the Sleep Mode, Timer Mode, and Auto Mode. The filters are easily cleaned with water, and the indoor and outdoor units are cleaned with a simple dry or damp cloth. You can control the unit with your Apple or Android device via the SmartHVAC app, the included remote, or your Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant devices. This system includes a 1-year compressor warranty and 2-year parts warranty in the unlikely case something goes wrong. This is an excellent choice to save money while receiving excellent heating and cooling in your home.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

MRCOOL distributor (hereinafter “Company”) warrants this product against failure due to defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance as follows.

All warranty periods begin on the date of original installation. If the date cannot be verified, the warranty period begins one hundred twenty (120) days from date of manufacture. If a part fails due to defect during the applicable warranty period Company will provide a new or remanufactured part, at Company’s option, to replace the failed defective part at no charge for the part.

This limited warranty is subject to all provisions, conditions, limitations and exclusions listed on the right side.

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS (INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, SOME STATES OR PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION LASTS, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
