Products sold by Anker as refurbished ("pre-owned") come with their own unique warranty, so please seeour refurbished warranty pagefor details on those items. This limited warranty provided by Anker in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.
How To Process Warranty
Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, such as an order number from online purchases made, through Anker or Anker's authorized resellers, sales invoices, or dated sales receipts from authorized Anker resellers that show a description of the product along with its price.
For defective items that Anker needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Anker or if the defective item is not returned.
Anker must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
The defective item's serial number/visible proof depicting the defects required
It's necessary for Anker to do a quality inspection on the returned item
Exchange and Replacement
Anker willrepair(at Anker's expense)orreplace with a refurbished product for any Anker product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material.
Therepaired/replacedproduct assumes the remaining warranty of the original date of purchase or 3 months after being replaced or repaired, whichever is longer.
If the product cannot be repaired or a replacement is not available, Anker will offer a partial refund based on the usage time of the defective item.
Products that are out of warranty are also eligible for paid repair services. For a list of products that can be repaired and their corresponding repair costs, please contact support@anker.com to obtain the relevant information.
Cross-Regional After-Sales Service
Anker does not provide a global product warranty, and the warranty service can only be obtained at a designated Anker repair center.
To repair the product in an Anker repair center when the product was purchased in another region, depending on part availability, customers can obtain a cross-regional repair service at an additional charge. (Some products do not support cross-regional repair even if the customer is willing to pay for the service. For more details, please contact Anker Support.)
A cross-regional replacement service is not available for different versions of the same product.
The customer will need to bear customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred for a cross-regional repair, regardless of whether it is the warranty or paid repair service.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply:
Products that are damaged or modified.
Product operated with a damaged cord, plug, or output cable.
Products that are disassembled.
Products cleaned with harmful chemicals or detergents.
Non-quality related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
Products that have been refunded.
Products with an expired warranty.
Lost and/or stolen products.
Damage from outside sources.
Purchases from illegitimate resources.
Products taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase.
Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to falls, use of the product in excess of its output rating, exposure of the product to rain or snow, extremely low air pressure, extreme temperatures, water, and operating devices improperly).
This warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
Q1: What should I do when using a solar charger to charge Anker SOLIX F3800?
The solar input supports an 11-60V solar charger with an XT-60 connector. If you use an 11-32V solar charger, the current supports 10A max. When you use a 32-60V solar charger, the current supports 25A max.
Q2: Why is the power station not working after it hasn't been used for a long time?
If the power station is stored at a low capacity for a long time, lithium batteries will self-consume power which may lead to a quick discharge. This leads to poor conductivity and a reduced battery lifespan, resulting in poor battery performance.
Q3: How should I store and maintain the power station?
To store your portable power station, make sure you have turned off all outputs, stored it in a cool and dry place, checked the battery capacity each week, and if it's below 30%, fully charge. Charge the power station to 100% every 3 months.
Q4: In UPS mode, do the 240V ports work?
In UPS mode, only the three 120V ports labeled "UPS" are operational; the 240V ports do not function.
Q5: How do I charge my electric vehicle?
Double-press the 240V power switch to activate EV mode charging, then you can recharge your EV.
We pre ordered this sauna. It’s all put together with the help of a contractor. It took 2 guys 2 full days. We are very pleased with the sauna all together. It’s clearly top of the line. The sauna fits 2. Maybe 3 if you want to squeeze. The sauna fits well in our backyard. It adds a sense of tranquility to our favorite space. Off grid was extremely easy to work with. It was clear they put the customer first!
I absolutely love the machine. I use it everyday. I was disappointed to see some paint scratches on it when it arrived. However, after some contact with their Customer Service department we were able to sort it out. I highly recommend getting a freeze dryer!

This unit is perfect for power outages! We were looking for a unit that can power our essentials during outages like TV, fridge, microwave, lights, and our wifi. This unit can also act as a UPS so nothin shuts off when the power goes down. I like to connect my solar panels to the station when it looks like the outage will be extended. GET THIS STATION! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
System performs well in powering things and amazing hardware build quality. One issue I have with AC200Max is that I cannot control it remotely via the internet so when it shuts down due to depletion of battery and turns on again after solar hits the panels, I have no way of turning the AC output on remotely. The other thing is that it lacks portable wheels, carrying this thing is a chore. Other than that, this is a pretty good unit and for those who don't need to have the remote control, this could be your solar generator. OLS team was good and respondant on all of my questions. Overall, this solar generator offers excellent power output and capacity to run nearly anytthing you plug into it.
Wave 2 is a quiet portable air conditioner, even when you put in on Max mode. I purchase this is for my van for during the hot days during camping. Love that I can carry this to around with ease. I plan to use the heating feature once it gets colder. I'm happy with my purchase and can't wait to see how it functions on the heating side.
