In the unlikely event of any component failure or manufacturing defect within the next 10 years, we will repair or replace your battery free of charge. For the first year, we even cover all shipping costs to and from your purchase address within the continental US.

Domestic Warranty Claim Assistance: To initiate a warranty claim, simply create a support ticket by emailing us at Support@batteryevo.com. Our Tech Support team will respond within 24 to 48 hours. We provide Return Shipping Labels for the first year, and after that, you can choose to cover shipping expenses or arrange your own return.

Returning Accessories: Accessories included with your battery are covered for 30 days. Returns for non-defective accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty Procurement: Company has manufactured their energy backup systems in such a manner as to make individual components within their products removable and swappable in the event of malfunction or failure. For warranty claims within the first 12 months after purchase the Company agrees to pay for shipping back to Company and then back to Customer less damage liability claims. After the initial 12 months it is the responsibility of the Customer to pay for shipping and damage charges for warranty claims if applicable.
Warranty Details: BatteryEVO, Inc. provides a comprehensive warranty for 10 years from the date of purchase. Our batteries are designed to function for a minimum of 10 years without maintenance, with some models lasting up to 22 years, depending on usage and environmental factors.
We guarantee that BatteryEVO batteries will retain a reasonable capacity throughout their service life. Customers can return a battery for capacity testing, and if the claim is valid, it qualifies for warranty resolution. Customers are not responsible for testing costs.
Under our 10-Year Warranty, we’re committed to repairing or replacing any defective component at no charge. Repairs must be performed by an authorized BatteryEVO technician or service facility, as directed by BatteryEVO.
For the first year, we cover expenses related to returning and repairing defective parts within the Continental United States. However, the customer bears all shipping costs for products purchased for over a year and international warranty claims. Additionally, we do not cover disconnection, service interruption, or re-packing expenses for return shipments.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- On-site service calls from third parties.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
- Product usage beyond specification or undersized for the intended application.
- Environmental damage unless explicitly indicated for outdoor use.
- Claims of diminished capacity below specified limits.
- Repairs performed by unauthorized technicians.
- Batteries not charged over a six-month period.
- Unauthorized modifications.
Warranty Repair/Replacement Services: Contact BatteryEVO Tech Support to confirm issues and determine the appropriate solution. For returns, pack the product securely according to our guidelines and include a copy of the original purchase receipt.

Returns and exchange
Before returning the product(s), customers are required to take photographs of the item(s) being returned. These photos should be emailed to Sales@batteryevo.com prior to initiating the return process. The images will enable BatteryEVO to hold the logistics provider accountable for any potential damages that may arise while the product is in transit.
For a secure return process, please ensure proper packaging of the battery. Please note that logistics carriers cannot be held responsible for inadequately packed batteries during transportation. To prevent damage during transit, kindly utilize the original box and foam inserts provided. If the original packaging is unavailable, please pack the product using the same safe and secure method in which it was initially received, using a box or pallet for secure transportation to our repair center.
Rest assured, BatteryEVO assumes complete responsibility for returning your repaired and/or replaced batteries. The transit will occur between your designated physical address and our authorized service center, conveniently located at 8335 Winnetka Ave unit 256 Winnetka, CA 91306
Returning Accessories
This Warranty encompasses a 30-Day replacement period for all accessories (such as Anderson connectors, wiring, chargers, etc.) included with your battery. Refunds will be granted for product returns that are not defective or damaged, with the refund amount based on the unit’s purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.
Return Hazmat Fee
Please be aware that due to shipping regulations governing lithium batteries, certain battery returns may require special documentation and packaging, potentially incurring extra fees if a battery return falls outside the scope of our Repair and Replacement Policy.
