Description

  • Character: The 51.2V 100AH Lithuim Battery is compact, well-designed, and cable/accessories ready for installation. It supports a maximum of 32 parallel connections, offers over 7000 cycles of deep cycling, and comes with a 10-year warranty. Designed for a lifespan of up to 15 years, it is undergoing UL1973 and UL 9540 certification soon.

  • Self-Heating Function: The automatic self-heating feature will activate when the battery's temperature falls below 41°F (5°C) and will be stopped when the temperature has reached 53.6 °F(12 °C).This functionality ensures that your battery remains charged during cold winter conditions and is not affected by the surrounding ambient temperature.

  • Equipped Smart BMS : The intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) offers extensive protection, preventing issues such as overcharging, discharging, and short circuits. Additionally,It features low temperature charging protection, ensuring peak performance in extreme environments. 

  • Seamless Communication: This battery is compatible with RS485 and CAN Bus protocols with the relevant communication cables. It effortlessly integrates with a variety of inverters in the market, including Growatt, Deye, Sol-Ark, SunGoldPower, Luxpower, EG4, Victron Energy, Schneider, SMA, Solis, and more.

SGH48100T battery with 51.2V and capacity of 100Ah, which translates to a nominal energy of 5.12kWh, it is integrated with self-heating system and specially designed for more energy storage applications including low temperature zones, it activates heating function automatically at temperature range of -13°F to 41°F and raises temperature to 53.6 °F rapidly to efficiently make the energy storage system ready to work.The 3U battery pack is compact, easy to install, maintenance-free, and can be assembled in parallel up to 32pcs when adding more capacity. Widely used in home energy storage, small commercial and industrial system.

Product Warranty, Refund & Return Policy

WARRANTY & RETURN

We hope you have enjoyed your online shopping experience with Sungoldpower. Please read below for more information about our warranty and return policies.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period for is 12/36 months for different Sungoldpower products. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the day of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Our products come with 30 days return policy. Within the return period, Sungoldpower will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra product you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

LIMITED TO ORIGINAL CONSUMER BUYER

The warranty on Sungoldpower's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

EXCLUSIONS

Sungoldpower's warranty does not apply to:

Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Sungoldpower's current product literature.

Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.

If any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

REPLACEMENTS

Sungoldpower will replace any Sungoldpower product that fails to operate( within 30 days). A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

If you want to replace one of the damaged parts, please contact us to arrange to send the replacement part. (under warranty)

RETURN

Sungoldpower offers a 30-day money back guarantee for goods purchased directly from Sungoldpower.com.We are confident that you will love your new Sungoldpower product. However. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive the product and confirm the validity, we will refund the full purchase price. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.

ORDER CANCELLATION  

Customers can request a full refund within 72 hours of placing an order by emailing SunGoldPower's official store. However, if the product has already been shipped, the customer will pay the shipping fee to call back the package.

Great tub, easy setup

It’s amazing that this is a portable hot tub. It was easy to setup and looks like a permanent hot tub! It took about 2 days to heat to 104. We live in a place that snows so we added extra insulation to the panels and extra ground cover.

The jets are not super strong so I would have preferred getting the Tribeca which is less expensive and comes without jets. It does have bubbles.

But overall a great product, first of its kind I believe.

We pre ordered this sauna. It’s all put together with the help of a contractor. It took 2 guys 2 full days. We are very pleased with the sauna all together. It’s clearly top of the line. The sauna fits 2. Maybe 3 if you want to squeeze. The sauna fits well in our backyard. It adds a sense of tranquility to our favorite space. Off grid was extremely easy to work with. It was clear they put the customer first!

This unit is perfect for power outages! We were looking for a unit that can power our essentials during outages like TV, fridge, microwave, lights, and our wifi. Great Solar Generator!

System performs well in powering things and amazing hardware build quality. One issue I have with AC200Max is that I cannot control it remotely via the internet so when it shuts down due to depletion of battery and turns on again after solar hits the panels, I have no way of turning the AC output on remotely. The other thing is that it lacks portable wheels, carrying this thing is a chore. Other than that, this is a pretty good unit and for those who don't need to have the remote control, this could be your solar generator. OLS team was good and respondant on all of my questions. Overall, this solar generator offers excellent power output and capacity to run nearly anytthing you plug into it.

Wave 2 is a quiet portable air conditioner, even when you put in on Max mode. I purchase this is for my van for during the hot days during camping. Love that I can carry this to around with ease. I plan to use the heating feature once it gets colder. I'm happy with my purchase and can't wait to see how it functions on the heating side.
