You can extend the warranty for products purchased between January 1, 2022, and August 31, 2022, by registering on the official website on or before October 15, 2022.
Warranty cannot be extended for products purchased before January 1, 2022.
Customers who have purchased products on or after September 1, 2022 will enjoy the warranty period (with warranty extension) listed in the table above. Customers are advised to complete registration as early as possible.
This warranty does not apply:
· Non-quality related issues;
· Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;
· Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
· Items that have been refunded;
· Items that have expired their warranty period;
· Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
· Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
· Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
· Lost or stolen products;
· Free products.
EcoFlow does not provide a global product warranty, and the warranty service can only be obtained at a designated EcoFlow repair center.
To repair the product in an EcoFlow repair center when the product was purchased in another region, depending on part availability, customers can obtain a cross-regional repair service at an additional charge. (Some products do not support cross-regional repair even if the customer is willing to pay for the service. For more details, please contact EcoFlow Support.)
A cross-regional replacement service is not available for different versions of the same product.
The customer will need to bear customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred for a cross-regional repair, regardless of whether it is the warranty or paid repair service.
Compared to EcoFlow DELTA 2: 1. The PV input has been upgraded from 1 input to 2 inputs (EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus has 2 inputs, and DELTA 3 still has 1 input). 2. It is necessary to confirm the parameters and combination method of the connected solar panels. The maximum power of the solar panels must fall within the specified range of the extra battery. Exceeding the limit could damage the extra battery, making it unusable. First, check the user manual to determine the solar input specifications of the extra battery, including: ① voltage range, ② maximum current, and ③ maximum power. The combination of solar panels must meet the following conditions: 1. Voltage: The open-circuit voltage of the solar panel must fall within the voltage range of the portable power station ①; 2. Current: The maximum current of the solar panels ≤ the maximum current of the portable power station ②; 3. Power: The maximum power of the solar panels ≤ the maximum power of the portable power station ③. All three conditions must be met; exceeding any one of them means the solar panels cannot be used. Combination methods: ① There are two types of combinations: series and parallel; ② In series, the voltage adds up while the current is limited by the panel with the lowest current; In parallel, the current adds up while the voltage is limited by the panel with the lowest voltage. (If the portable power station has overcurrent protection, the input current will be limited to the portable power station's maximum current.) Example: Can EcoFlow DELTA 3 be used with two EcoFlow 400W Rigid Solar Panels? Yes, bypass mode output is supported, and it is enabled by default. It can also be disabled in the app. If the grid power is unstable and may cause improper functioning or damage to appliances, you can enable this setting in the EcoFlow app for appliances that require high-quality power output. For example, this mode allows you to use only the AC output power from the extra battery for speakers.
Once the local electricity rates are set up in the EcoFlow app, enabling TOU mode allows the system to consider factors such as electricity price differences, optimal charging times, and solar charging to fully charge the device.
EcoFlow DELTA 3 or DELTA 3 Plus can be charged through tthe AC input port, XT60 input port, and XT150 port. You can select an extra battery based on the required capacity. The XT150 connection cable is used to connect the XT150 port on the back of the device. The maximum expandable capacity is 5024VWh (the device itself has 1024Wh with only one extra battery port,allowing connection to the largest extra battery, EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 Extra Battery (4000Wh), expanding the capacity to 5024Wh).
