All EcoFlow products purchased come with a limited warranty, as shown below. BY USING ECOFLOW PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE ECOFLOW LIMITED WARRANTY.

Warranty extension 

You can extend the warranty for products purchased between January 1, 2022, and August 31, 2022, by registering on the official website on or before October 15, 2022. 

Warranty cannot be extended for products purchased before January 1, 2022.

Customers who have purchased products on or after September 1, 2022 will enjoy the warranty period (with warranty extension) listed in the table above. Customers are advised to complete registration as early as possible.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not apply:

· Non-quality related issues;

· Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;

· Purchases without valid proof of purchase;

· Items that have been refunded;

· Items that have expired their warranty period;

· Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;

· Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;

· Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;

· Lost or stolen products;

· Free products.

Cross-Regional After-Sales Service

EcoFlow does not provide a global product warranty, and the warranty service can only be obtained at a designated EcoFlow repair center.

To repair the product in an EcoFlow repair center when the product was purchased in another region, depending on part availability, customers can obtain a cross-regional repair service at an additional charge. (Some products do not support cross-regional repair even if the customer is willing to pay for the service. For more details, please contact EcoFlow Support.)

A cross-regional replacement service is not available for different versions of the same product.

The customer will need to bear customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred for a cross-regional repair, regardless of whether it is the warranty or paid repair service.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) process

  • If your item is eligible for an EcoFlow Warranty, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Please follow the instructions provided by EcoFlow Support to properly pack the products and return them safely.
  • Please note that we can only provide return shipping labels for return packages in United States. For returns in other countries and areas, please contact EcoFlow Support at support@ecoflow.com for more details.

Replacement 

  • In case of replacement, delivery of the replacement item will be arranged within 15 business days (subject to changes caused by force majeure) after confirming that the defective item has been received at our warehouse. The final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items.
  • The replacement warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original item.

What are the differences and upgrades between EcoFlow DELTA 3 or DELTA 3 Plus and the previous generation?

Compared to EcoFlow DELTA 2: 1. The PV input has been upgraded from 1 input to 2 inputs (EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus has 2 inputs, and DELTA 3 still has 1 input). 2. The charging speed has been improved from full charge in 80 min to full charge in 56 min. 3. The waterproof rating has been upgraded from IP20 for the whole product to IP20 for the whole product and IP65 for the battery cells. 4. The EPS switchover time has been improved from 30 ms to 10 ms UPS. 5. The noise level has been reduced from <35dB at 600W and <45dB at 1200W within half a meter to <30dB at 600W and <40dB at 1200W. 6. It can now perform wireless hybrid operation with a 1.8KW generator (EcoFlow Smart Generator 3000 (Dual Fuel)) and supports automatic start-stop with just an AC cable. 7. Added a low-light detection circuit. 8. The extra battery port has been moved from the side to the back, supporting stacking and placement against a wall, and is compatible with D2, D2M, DP3, and D3 extra batteries.

Is the device grounded?

Yes, the AC output and the internal system of the device are grounded. If the device's AC input is connected to the grid, it will share the same ground as the grid power.

Can EcoFlow DELTA 3 or DELTA 3 Plus be powered through the Type-C port?

No.

Will EcoFlow DELTA 3 or DELTA 3 Plus automatically turn on when there is grid or solar charging input while the device is off?

Yes, the device will automatically turn on when there is an input.

How many solar panels can be used with EcoFlow DELTA 3 or DELTA 3 Plus, and what is the solar charging power?

It is necessary to confirm the parameters and combination method of the connected solar panels. The maximum power of the solar panels must fall within the specified range of the extra battery. Exceeding the limit could damage the extra battery, making it unusable. First, check the user manual to determine the solar input specifications of the extra battery, including: ① voltage range, ② maximum current, and ③ maximum power. The combination of solar panels must meet the following conditions: 1. Voltage: The open-circuit voltage of the solar panel must fall within the voltage range of the portable power station ①; 2. Current: The maximum current of the solar panels ≤ the maximum current of the portable power station ②; 3. Power: The maximum power of the solar panels ≤ the maximum power of the portable power station ③. All three conditions must be met; exceeding any one of them means the solar panels cannot be used. Combination methods: ① There are two types of combinations: series and parallel; ② In series, the voltage adds up while the current is limited by the panel with the lowest current; In parallel, the current adds up while the voltage is limited by the panel with the lowest voltage. (If the portable power station has overcurrent protection, the input current will be limited to the portable power station's maximum current.) Example: Can EcoFlow DELTA 3 be used with two EcoFlow 400W Rigid Solar Panels? First, check the user manuals for EcoFlow DELTA 3 and the solar panel: ① EcoFlow DELTA 3 solar input specifications: Voltage range: 11-60V, Maximum current: 15A, Maximum power: 500W. ② Open-circuit voltage of solar panel: 37.1V, Maximum operating current: 12.9A; [Use in series] Open-circuit voltage: 37.1 x 2 = 74.2V; Current: 12.9A; Power: 74.2 x 12.9 = 957.18W, which exceeds the 500W input power limit of the portable power station, so it cannot be used. [Use in parallel] Open-circuit voltage: 37.1V; Current: 12.9 x 2 = 25.8A ＞ 15A, which exceeds the 15A current limit of the portable power station, so it cannot be used.

Does EcoFlow DELTA 3 or DELTA 3 Plus support bypass mode output?

Yes, bypass mode output is supported, and it is enabled by default. It can also be disabled in the app. If the grid power is unstable and may cause improper functioning or damage to appliances, you can enable this setting in the EcoFlow app for appliances that require high-quality power output. For example, this mode allows you to use only the AC output power from the extra battery for speakers.

What is does the TOU mode do?

Once the local electricity rates are set up in the EcoFlow app, enabling TOU mode allows the system to consider factors such as electricity price differences, optimal charging times, and solar charging to fully charge the device.

Does the device support multiple inputs (solar panels, grid power, generators, etc.) for simultaneous charging? If multiple inputs such as AC, solar, and a generator are connected, which one has higher charging priority?

EcoFlow DELTA 3 or DELTA 3 Plus can be charged through tthe AC input port, XT60 input port, and XT150 port. It supports connection to multiple input sources simultaneously, with the following charging priority: EcoFlow Microinverter (via XT150 port) > Solar panel (via XT60 port) > AC (via AC input port, including grid power and generators (Smart Generator 3000 (Dual Fuel)) > EcoFlow Smart Generator (input via XT150 port (Smart Generator(Dual Fuel), Smart Generator 4000 (Dual Fuel)) > EcoFlow Alternator Charger (via XT150 port)

Which extra batteries are compatible with EcoFlow DELTA 3 or DELTA 3 Plus, and what is the maximum capacity?

You can select an extra battery based on the required capacity. The XT150 connection cable is used to connect the XT150 port on the back of the device. The maximum expandable capacity is 5024VWh (the device itself has 1024Wh with only one extra battery port,allowing connection to the largest extra battery, EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 Extra Battery (4000Wh), expanding the capacity to 5024Wh).

Which EcoFlow products are compatible and which are not?

EcoFlow DELTA 3 or DELTA 3 Plus is compatible with the following extra batteries, which can be purchased according to your required capacity: EcoFlow DELTA 2 EB, DELTA 2 Max EB, DELTA Pro 3 EB and DELTA 3 EB; EcoFlow DELTA 3 or DELTA 3 Plus is compatible with the following 9 EcoFlow products: Smart Generator 3000(Dual Fuel), WAVE 1, WAVE 2, GLACIER, PowerStream, alternator charger, and solar panels.

How to reset the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections on EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus?

When the device is powered off, press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds. The device's LCD screen will light up, and then the screen will blink once (it must blink once), indicating that the Bluetooth connection has been successfully reset.
