Order Processing
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Then we will process the order by confirming that the product is in stock and ready for shipment. If any of the items in your order are back-ordered, we will reach to you via email or phone and you may choose to either wait or receive a 100% refund.

We offer free returns in the event of an error on our part, e.g. if you receive the wrong product. *Change of mind* returns will incur a shipping and restocking fee. Cancellations, after a product has shipped, are treated as *change of mind* returns.
Do you have a lifetime warranty?
Yes, we do in the event of *manufacturing or craftsmanship defects*. Defects are limited to those resulting from the manufacturing process or production errors (stitches and waterproofing), and exclude holes, punctures, ordinary wear & tear, damage arising from (but not limited to) mold, mildew, inconsequential spot leakage, ultraviolet exposure, fire/stove/air conditioner use, other damages that may occur during improper or negligent use/assembly/storage of the product, bad maintenance, use contrary to instructions (not following the proper procedures), repair, modification or alteration by anyone other than White Duck Outdoors, if the item has been damaged on purpose or damage from extreme weather conditions including but not limited to ice, snow, hail, wind, and lightning or any other catastrophic events. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Occasionally things don’t quite go to plan. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our customer service immediately within 15 days of shipment delivery/receipt of merchandise to initiate a return or exchange. A Return Product Authorization number or request form must be obtained from us prior to returning merchandise. Please note that no purchased items will be accepted as a return/exchange without an RPA# or written approval on the RPA request form. A copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip needs to accompany your return authorization (RA) paperwork as proof of purchase or prior approval needed. Make sure to inspect your items within 14 days of delivery, if you couldn’t due to any reason please let us know at the time of purchase. What kinds of canvas tents do you have?
We manufacture and sell wall tents, bell tents and cabin tents.
What's a stove jack?
A stove jack is a cut out in the wall or roof of a canvas tent that you can place your stove pipe through when using a stove in your tent.
Do you use any treatments on your canvas tents?
We use a breathable, PFC-free water repellent, mold and UV resistant finish. We also have flame retardant fabric options available on most tents.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping without minimums to the lower 48 states of the United States. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other international orders. For complete details, you can read our Shipping Policy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping is 3-5 business days, but we do have an option for expedited shipping. We also have 3-day and 2-day expedited shipping options. Are shipments insured?
We ship our products insured via UPS or FedEx standard ground delivery.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
We’ll send you a tracking number to the email address you used for your order as soon as the shipping label is generated. It may take 24 hours for the tracking number to be active on the carrier’s website.
It’s amazing that this is a portable hot tub. It was easy to setup and looks like a permanent hot tub! It took about 2 days to heat to 104. We live in a place that snows so we added extra insulation to the panels and extra ground cover.
The jets are not super strong so I would have preferred getting the Tribeca which is less expensive and comes without jets. It does have bubbles.
But overall a great product, first of its kind I believe.
We pre ordered this sauna. It’s all put together with the help of a contractor. It took 2 guys 2 full days. We are very pleased with the sauna all together. It’s clearly top of the line. The sauna fits 2. Maybe 3 if you want to squeeze. The sauna fits well in our backyard. It adds a sense of tranquility to our favorite space. Off grid was extremely easy to work with. It was clear they put the customer first!
I absolutely love the machine. I use it everyday. I was disappointed to see some paint scratches on it when it arrived. However, after some contact with their Customer Service department we were able to sort it out. I highly recommend getting a freeze dryer!
I was in the market for a power station that has enough power and capacity to power my fridge and some essential appliances at my house. I come upon this power station from OffGrid living Solutions and I have been using it since. It has enough power for a longer period of time and has multiple ways to charge (AC/Solar Panels). My wife and I love this heater for our sauna. We love the automatic feature of the heater where it turns off once the optimal heat level is reached. Sturdy and durable product, especially for anyone looking to install one on their saunas
This unit is perfect for power outages! We were looking for a unit that can power our essentials during outages like TV, fridge, microwave, lights, and our wifi. This unit can also act as a UPS so nothin shuts off when the power goes down. I like to connect my solar panels to the station when it looks like the outage will be extended. GET THIS STATION! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
System performs well in powering things and amazing hardware build quality. One issue I have with AC200Max is that I cannot control it remotely via the internet so when it shuts down due to depletion of battery and turns on again after solar hits the panels, I have no way of turning the AC output on remotely. The other thing is that it lacks portable wheels, carrying this thing is a chore. Other than that, this is a pretty good unit and for those who don't need to have the remote control, this could be your solar generator. OLS team was good and respondant on all of my questions. Overall, this solar generator offers excellent power output and capacity to run nearly anytthing you plug into it.
Wave 2 is a quiet portable air conditioner, even when you put in on Max mode. I purchase this is for my van for during the hot days during camping. Love that I can carry this to around with ease. I plan to use the heating feature once it gets colder. I'm happy with my purchase and can't wait to see how it functions on the heating side.

I recently invested in the EcoFlow Delta Pro and I am beyond impressed with its performance.
